Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you effectively withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notification.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the provider has begun the execution of the contract only after the customer has given explicit consent and acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
Note:
As ipano360 is a digital service that is provided immediately after the conclusion of the contract, by purchasing a paid subscription you expressly agree to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal therefore expires upon commencement of the service.
