What is a 360° virtual tour?
A photo that surrounds you in every direction, which the visitor moves with a finger or the mouse as if standing inside the space. When you link several photos together (room → hallway → living room) it becomes a complete tour the visitor walks through on their own.
Do I need a 360° camera to use iPano360?
No. If you have a 360° camera (Insta360, Ricoh Theta, GoPro Max…) upload its photos directly. If you don't, shoot with your phone using the iPano360 mobile app and we stitch the photos into a complete panorama for you. Explore the tools
What is the difference between shooting with a phone and with a 360° camera?
The camera is faster: one click and the photo is ready. The phone needs 20–40 shots per scene, gives more detail in open spaces, but needs some practice in small rooms. If you will shoot a lot, a camera is a sensible investment; if you are trying things out or shoot occasionally, the phone is enough. Read more in Panorama School
How much does iPano360 cost?
You start free — 3 tours with every hotspot type, no credit card. Pro is €59 per year (or €7 per month): unlimited tours, no iPano360 branding, statistics and WhatsApp support. Business is €199 per year: your own domain for every tour, your logo in the viewer and unlimited storage. Pricing page
Does the Free plan expire?
No. The Free plan is permanent: your 3 tours stay online as long as your account exists. Upgrade only when you need more tours or the Pro features.
How many tours or photos can I upload?
Free: 3 tours with up to 15 scenes each and 500 MB. Pro and Business: unlimited tours and scenes — 15 GB on Pro, unlimited on Business.
Can I put the tour on my website or online shop?
Yes. Every tour has an embed code (iframe) you copy and paste into any website: WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or a plain HTML page. You can also share it with a direct link.
Does the tour work on mobile and in a VR headset?
Yes. The tour opens in the browser on any device without installing software: desktop, mobile, tablet. In a VR headset the visitor presses the VR button inside the tour and starts exploring.
Is the mobile app available for iPhone?
Currently the app is available for Android on Google Play. An iOS version is in progress. iPhone owners can upload ready 360° photos from any camera to the platform directly. Products page
Why do seams or “ghosts” appear in the panorama I shot with my phone?
The cause is usually parallax: the camera moved slightly between shots instead of rotating around a fixed point. The fix: rotate the phone around the lens, not around your body, and keep away from objects that are very close. Full explanation in Panorama School
What is iPano360 Stitcher, and is it a PTGui alternative?
A free Windows program that merges photos taken with any camera (phone, DSLR, drone) into one 360° panorama the same way PTGui does, with control points, masks and AI repair. PTGui costs about €175 (€345 for Pro); our program is free, but it does not support macOS, fisheye lenses or true HDR merging. Full comparison
What is the dollhouse?
A 3D model of the whole home built inside iPano360 Studio from the same 360° photos of your tour: walls and furniture are detected automatically, you check and arrange, and visitors see the home from above, fly into rooms, walk in 3D and measure — like Matterport, without a special camera. Free on every plan. Dollhouse page
Can I remove the iPano360 logo from the tour?
Yes, on the Pro plan. You can remove the logo or place your own logo on the floor of the tour.
Where are my photos and tours stored?
On servers inside the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). iPano360 is registered in Germany and subject to European data protection law (GDPR). Privacy policy
